Executive Leadership
Jennifer’s banking career spans over 25 years with extensive experience in commercial lending, originating, underwriting, closing and servicing commercial loans for a variety of loan types and industries. She has managed a diversified portfolio that includes operating companies, commercial investment real estate purchases, refinance of debt, construction to permanent financing, hospitality, business acquisition, SBA lending and business expansion loans for all types of industries. She attended the Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management at the UVA Darden School of Business. Her last position as Vice President and Commercial Lender was with the Virginia Credit Union prior to forming Diversified Financial Solutions, LLC.

Jennifer is an avid tennis player and not so good golfer. She enjoys spending time with her family and at her mountain cottage in Hot Springs, Va.
Steve Albis brings a unique skillset to “DFS” as he has an extensive background in loan placement for various types of businesses as well as he services as CAS Hotel Advisors President and Principal Broker. Over his career Steve has structures loans for small to large size businesses and assisted in the loan placement for “startup” businesses, restaurants, hotel / motel’s, leaseholds businesses, and business mergers. Steve brings extensive experience in all types of conventional & government loan placement programs.
Stephen Albis received his Bachelor degree in Urban Land Development and Real Estate from Virginia Commonwealth University. Throughout his career at his hospitality brokerage firm Stephen has been responsible for the firm’s capital markets. Over the last +/- 17 years Stephen has placed hundreds of loans ranging from small personal FF&E loans to large portfolio acquisition loans. Stephen brings extensive experience in SBA 7(a), SBA 504 and USDA loan placement with a concentration in hospitality, restaurant, quick service food, and C-store loan placement.
